Edge Lofts Developer John Carroll s latest project, The Edge located on the line where the Pearl District meets Northwest Portland sold 42 of its 124 units in just the first two weeks of sales. Carroll also developed the Chown Pella, McKenzie, and The Edge buildings in the Pearl.
Location The $35 million steel-and-glass structure at Northwest 14th Avenue and Marshall Street also will house outdoor gear retailer REI.

Pricing One unit, the 2,511-square-foot penthouse at the buildings southeast corner, is listed at $904,000. Most range from $220,300 for 841 square feet of space to $471,700 for 1,465 square feet. Parking is available.
Completion Date Construction started in the Winter of 2003 and the building is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2004.
