CITY LOFTS - PORTLAND

City Lofts was the first
loft/condominium project in Portland's busting Pearl District.
Originally a three-story warehouse, an additional floor with roof
decks, was added to create first floor retail, basement parking and 13
living units. The mixture of single and two story condominium lofts
were built out to owner's specifications, providing a unique mixture
of personal living environments.
